Akina Nakamori made her single record debut on May 1, 1982 with "Slow Motion.
After the release of "Slow Motion" & "Nice to meet you" BOX (7inch picture record + Blu-ray) on May 1, 2022, the 40th anniversary of their debut, a total of 23 albums and mini-albums from the Warner era were released starting on July 1, 2022, the anniversary of their album debut. The 30th anniversary best album "Best Collection - Love Songs & Pop Songs", which contains 35 of their best songs, including 28 singles from the Warner era (single cassette "Nonfiction Ecstasy" and bonus track "Akai Tori Escape" (12-inch single) are included), will be released in the same order as the album's release. Love Songs & Pop Songs~" (2012), will be released on May 1, 2024, the 42nd anniversary of his debut, on "2024 Lacquer Master Sound"!

In addition to the 2-CD "Deluxe Edition" (limited three-sided boxed set), the "COMPLETE BOX" (2CD + 4LP) will be released in two formats, including the first-ever analog 4LP set, and the fan-favorite 6-CD "COMPLETE BOX" (2CD + 4LP). The CDs come with a set of 31 jackets (CD size) for all singles as an enclosed bonus! The 7th single "North Wing" comes with two different designs for different coupling songs, and the 4th single "1/2 Myth" & 12" single "Akai Tori Escape" each come with two different designs. Also, 24th single "Dear Friend", 25th single "Mizu ni Sashita Hana" and 26th single "Futari Shizuki - "Tenkawa Densetsu Murder Case"" have analog jacket design specifications.

The sound was produced and mixed by Eiji Uchinuma (Chairman of Mixer's Lab and Honorary Chairman of the Music Studio Association of Japan). All sound materials from the original multi-channel master tapes were reviewed and brushed up, and then newly mixed and reconstructed from these materials without losing the charm of the original songs. The bonus track "Akai Tori Escape" is also included in the new "2024 mix"! The CD sound source for the reissue is the high-quality "2024 Lacquer Master Sound," which is a digitized version of the sound played on a cartridge (record needle) after cutting on an analog lacquer disc!　Based on Akina Nakamori's "stillness" and "movement", Disc-1 of the CD contains "Love Songs" and Disc-2 contains "Pop Songs". All 28 singles from the Warner era (22 were #1!) This best-of album contains 35 songs, including 28 singles from the Warner era (22 of which reached No. 1!) and a complete set of representative and classic songs, and will be a grand celebration of the 42nd anniversary of their debut!
