The official live report from Nothing's Carved In Stone's solo show at Nippon Budokan on February 24 (Sat.), celebrating their 15th anniversary, was a great success.

On February 24, 2024, almost five years after their "10th Anniversary Live at BUDOKAN," the four members of Nothing's Carved In Stone took the Budokan stage once again, The moment the four appeared on stage in the octagonal space filled with their "friends," the audience erupted in loud cheers and a flood of emotions. Friends with the same sensibility...I realized once again that I had been supported by these words.

 The live started with "Out of Control" with Shinichi Ikigata on guitar, Hidekazu Hyuga on bass, and Takanori Okita on drums. The smiles of the four members were projected on the big screen at the back of the stage. Every second shared in this place was lovely.

 The ever-expanding melody of "YOUTH City" sucked us in, we sang along to the familiar "Swallow Crimson," the refined ensemble of "Chain reaction" took our breath away, the fleshy feel of "Words That Bind Us" intoxicated us, and the emotions inherent in "Sands of Time" and " The emotions inherent in "Sands of Time" and "Brotherhood" were intoxicating. The special live performance on this day consisted of the top 20 songs requested in advance and a total of over 30 songs from the past 11 albums. The setlist of songs with various expressions was a blissful time for fans, as they could trace the evolution and efforts of the band, which has a permanent and universal sense of style.

 The many images projected on the screen were also a must-see. The lyrics of "In the Village Rain" were projected onto the live scene, and the heartbreaking direction that led into "Diachronic" was a must-see. The video amplified and expanded the appeal of the music played by the four members and expressed the world view of the band and their songs. The chemical reactions between the live performance and the video will move your heart again and again.

 At the ending of "Walk," the warm melody of which had a searing impact on the audience, Tab Zombie (Tp.) of SOIL&"PIMP "SESSIONS appeared as a guest, and they performed together on the following song "Inside Out" to the delight of the audience. I'm talking about you! and "Kirameki no Hana" filled the Budokan with smiles.

 A day like today is the best day for us. I'm glad we've been doing music for 15 years," said Muramatsu with deep emotion, and his heart was filled with excitement as he continued to play "Music. The audience responded strongly to the passion of the four members, which was conveyed in every part of the live performance, and the heat in the venue rose rapidly.

The audience bounced to "Spirit Inspiration" again joined by Tab Zombie, and with a sense of invincibility, they shook the Budokan with "Idols" and went on to "November 15th," the No. 1 song request that Muramatsu said was "an important song. Okita stood up and raised his arms high in the air, Ikigata and Hyuga turned their attention to the audience as they played, and Muramatsu sang with an expression that seemed to suppress his overflowing emotions. The song, which has been performed live over and over again and has been loved by his friends each time, rings out in high spirits today.

 The four members faced each other and created a whirlpool of excitement with "Isolation," and the main part ended with "Blue Shadow," which was appropriate for the last song of the show. During the encore, Ikigata said, "I think the world has become less connected to people in the past 15 years, but we have our own will and will not be carried away, and will continue to have one-on-one relationships like this," and Muramatsu said, "I am happy to be in a band with such wonderful members. I look forward to working with you in the future. The audience was euphoric again with "Around the Clock" and "Sunday Morning Escape," and the last song "Dear Future" rang out to light up the future of the band and our friends after 15 years.

 After the show, it was announced that a new EP will be released on May 15 and a solo tour will be held. After 15 years, Nothing's Carved In Stone is sure to keep us in a frenzy.
