Prior to the opening, a new company, BANDAI NAMCO Base Inc. will be established on April 1 as a 100% subsidiary of NAMCO BANDAI Music Live, which is responsible for the music and live performance business.

The BANDAI NAMCO Group, with "Fun for All into the Future" as its purse, aims to create a future in which people and people, people and society, and people and the world are connected through the spiritual richness created by entertainment, together with all people around the world.
By constructing a concert hall in Shibuya, a fashionable area that continues to grow, the group hopes to provide a place to connect with people, society, and the world through a wide variety of music and live events. They plan to take on a variety of challenges as a place to create new IP for the group and to nurture artists.
Prior to the opening of the concert hall, a new company "NAMCO BANDAI Base Inc." will be established on April 1, 2024 as a wholly owned subsidiary of NAMCO BANDAI Music Live Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Yoshitaka Tomo), a company in charge of the music and live music business.
The BANDAI NAMCO Group will not limit the use of this concert hall to the Group, but will openly use it for concerts, live performances, stages, and events organized by various organizers, thereby making it a base for disseminating a variety of information centered on music and live events.
