In 2023, the new anime "Demon-kun" is being distributed exclusively on NETFLIX starting in November as a commemorative work for the 100th anniversary of Shigeru Mizuki's birth. To commemorate the distribution of all 12 new episodes, the first in about 30 years, and its success, an original soundtrack CD featuring background music from the new anime will be released.
In addition, a 2-CD set containing songs from the TV animation "Demon-kun" that began airing in 1989, "Demon-kun Hit Song Collection" (CC-3766), which was released at the time, and the previously unrecorded play accompaniment (monaural sound), will also be released simultaneously.
