The second in a series of limited edition custom color vinyl releases of Metallica's studio albums will be released between April and July. This will again be released outside of North America. Following the first series of albums 1-5, the second series will release albums 8-11, "Garage Inc.", "St. Anger", "Death Magnetic", and "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct".

The release dates are as follows

April 5, 2024: "Garage Inc." (1998)
This is their eighth studio album of covers on three 140g blue color vinyl sets.

May 3, 2024: "St. Anger" (2003)
9th disc, includes "Saint Anger," winner of the 46th Grammy Award for "Best Metal Performance" 2-LP set on 140g orange color vinyl.

June 7, 2024: "Death Magnetic" (2008)
Kerrang! 10th album, named "Album of the Year 2008" by Metal Hammer. Includes "My Apocalypse", winner of the 51st Grammy Award for "Best Metal Performance". 2LPs on 140g silver-colored vinyl.

-July 5, 2024: "Hardwired...To Self-Destruct" (2016)
The 11th album, which was ranked No. 1 on Rolling Stone's "Best Metal Albums 2016" list. 180g orange color vinyl 2-CD set.

Metallica's latest studio album "72 Seasons" released last year reached No. 1 in 19 countries, and the album's title track "72 Seasons" won "Best Metal Performance" at the 66th Grammy Awards. 72 World Tour 2023 /4" will resume with a show in Munich, Germany.
