Pokémon Music Collective, a project to bring new music to the world based on the sounds of the "Pokémon" series games, will release "Lucky" by Nulbarich, Sunny, and UMI on May 24! An LP containing the song will also be released!
New music will be released from the "Pokémon Music Collective" project, which also released a CD last September based on the concept of bringing new music to the world based on the sounds of the "Pokémon" series of games.

Nulbarich, a leading Japanese band with a unique groove produced by singer/songwriter JQ, and Sunny, a popular producer who has worked with many top artists including K-POP and J-POP, have teamed up to present "Lucky (feat. UMI)". Nulbarich & Sunny will release "Lucky (feat. UMI)" on May 24th, featuring UMI, a Japanese artist from the U.S. who gained attention with her hit single "wherever ur" performed with V of BTS.

A dream collaboration between two up-and-coming artists/producers representing Japan and the U.S., the chilled and relaxed track, combined with the tender vocals of UMI and JQ, creates a pleasant groove, and as Nulbarich frontman JQ says, "Speaking of Pokemon, As Nulbarich frontman JQ says, "When I think of Pokémon, the melody of the Pokémon Center, which has remained unchanged since the beginning, came out in my mind." The hook is based on the impressive background music of the Pokémon Center, a facility in the game world that restores the health of Pokémon tired from battles.
In addition, the jacket released today depicts the three artists, JQ, Sunny, and UMI, as well as Lucky, whose name is the same as the song title, and Pokémon such as Drapalto and Emperto, making the relationship between the three artists and Pokémon an intriguing visual. The visuals are also depicting Lucky, Dorapalt, and Empert, the same Pokémon as in the song title.
Also, a 6-song limited edition LP containing 5 songs from last year's CD release "Pokémon Music Collective" with the addition of this song will be released on May 24, so be sure to check it out.
