Metallica, currently on their "M72 World Tour" in Europe, will appear in the popular online game "Fortnite" beginning June 13, as the icon of Fortnite Festival Season 4 and the first band to appear on every stage of "Fortnite," including Battle Royale, Lego Style and Rocket Racing. They will be the first band to appear on every stage of Fortnite.

A concert called "Metallica: Fuel. Fire. Fury." will also be held within "Fortnite". The start date and time in Japan time are as follows.
Sunday, June 23, 3:00 a.m., 6:00 a.m., 12:00 noon, 11:00 p.m.
Monday, June 24, 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Various other items include costumes related to Metallica, the "Ride the Lightning" guitar taken from the album title, and the "Ringer" emote tied to the song "For Fume the Bell Tolls". More details are explained in Japanese on the official Fortnite website below.
