Four-piece rock band Orange Spini Club and singer/songwriter/rapper Kubota Kai will release their collaborative single "Step!!!!!" to be released on September 4 (Wed.) for limited distribution.

This collaboration is a single produced by two groups working in different fields: a rock band and a singer/songwriter/rapper. The two groups are label mates belonging to the same label, Warner Music Japan, and the collaboration was decided when Orange Spini Club responded to a collaboration offer from Kubota Kai. This is the first collaboration with another artist for Orange Spini Club, and the first collaboration with a band for Kubota Kai. The song was composed by Suzuki Naoto (Gt, Cho) of Orange Spini Club, with lyrics by Suzuki Yusuke (Vo, Gt) and Kubota Kai, and is a pop number about coming-of-age for adults. Please check it out.

In conjunction with the release, the two groups will hold release live shows "Step to the party!!!!!" in Tokyo and Osaka. The live shows will be held at Shinsaibashi ANIMA on September 22 (Sat) and at Daikanyama UNIT on September 28 (Sat), with ticket sales starting at 20:00 on August 5 (Mon).

At first I was a little worried about what kind of music we would be able to make each other shine, but I think the overall sound of the song is light and contains the best of all five of us.
It was the first time for me to work with other artists, and the music was completed in a fresh way, and before I knew it, the production was over, and now I am a little sad.
Let's jump over our daily frustrations with our nifty little steps that will always be stupid.
