Akina Nakamori's first tribute album and concert "Meikyo" will be released and held on May 1, the 43rd anniversary of her debut!

Even after 2025, Akina Nakamori continues to be respected for her "expressiveness" and "presence" not only by general fans but also by musicians and singers. She is a one-of-a-kind singer and expressive person, and since her debut in 1982, her numerous hit songs are the product of her "something-like-something-descending" godlike expressive power and her own exceptional performances, including her singing voice, facial expressions, and gestures. Needless to say, she has been a "rare existence" outside of the so-called "idol" category since that time.
And even today, there is no shortage of singers and artists who have been influenced by her.
