Maroon 5, the biggest artist of the 21st century, released "Priceless," a collaboration with LISA of BLACKPINK! A music video for the song is also released.
Maroon 5, the international pop-rock band that has won three Grammy Awards and played to 150,000 people at Tokyo Dome in February this year, released their first new single in two years, "Priceless Priceless" (read: Priceless), which features LISA of the popular K-POP group BLACKPINK as a guest artist. This is the first time Maroon 5 has collaborated with a K-POP artist.
In addition, a music video for the song has been released on Maroon 5's official YouTube channel. The music video, which is reminiscent of the movie "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," was directed by Aerin Moreno, who has also directed music videos for Tate McRae and Tyra, and was shot on 35mm film in downtown Los Angeles.

Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine appeared on the popular U.S. TV show "The Tonight Show" on April 7, and revealed that Maroon 5 plans to release a new album this year, their first since "Jordi" in 2021. The theme of the next album is expected to be "Jordi" in 2021. Adam Levine and Maroon 5 guitarist James Valentine commented on the new song "Priceless," which is expected to be the theme of the next album.

We are very happy to have LISA on board.
The intro guitar is actually an unplugged guitar sound that I recorded with my iPhone voice recorder. We got a little emotional during the recording process, as fans had been asking to hear that sound again, and it was like going back to our roots. It's been about 20 years now, so we thought it was time to go back to that sound.

When Adam sent me the demo of "Priceless," I was super impressed because it was like listening to early Maroon 5. The chord progressions and the whole vibe of 'Priceless' reminded me of the excitement I felt when I heard them play in 2000, a year before I joined the band. I really liked it, and I think it established the sound we were going to create for the next album."
Maroon 5 is set to release their first new album in four years this year, as well as announce a world tour, and there are high expectations for their long-awaited comeback from around the world.
