Report on the daytime performance of "Nanaka Suwa & Akuri Onishi Collaboration Live - Columbia Cawaii Collaboration Chapter 2
On August 9, 2025, voice actresses Nanaka Suwa and Akuri Onishi held "Nanaka Suwa & Akuri Onishi Collaboration Live - Columbia Cawaii Collaboration Chapter 2" at Yokohama Landmark Hall in Kanagawa Prefecture. Two performances were held, one in the daytime and one in the evening, and we report on the daytime performance in this issue.
At the collaboration live "Columbia Cawaii Collaboration! (......)" at the collaboration live "Columbia Cawaii Collaboration! It seems that the fans and staff shared this sentiment, and after a year, the collaboration live was held again.
The audience was filled with excitement and thrill, wondering what kind of performance they would see this time. Then, the two appeared on stage. They sang Onishi's song, "Auffakt" together amid loud cheers. The lyrics of this song, which ends with the words "Let's go to the future, which we have not seen yet," foreshadowed the beginning of the collaboration. The song was a fitting start to the collaborative live performance, and the audience's voltage soared from the very beginning.

In the MC that followed, they said, "Please enjoy our first collaboration live in a year in a relaxed manner. The choice of the word "relaxed" rather than "energetic" was very much like the two of them, and I felt a sense of comfort.
After the MC, Onishi sang his solo part. The first song she sang, "Iniminimanimo," was announced in advance, and the English lyrics drew loud calls from the audience. Onishi then announced that a new song, "Barefoot Stamp," would be performed for the first time in space, and the audience was filled with a throb of joy. The audience cheered loudly as Onishi carefully sang the rock-inspired yet refreshing song.

Suwa's solo part followed. In his first song, "Hanagatari," he delivered it gently, controlling his voice without raising it too high. After that, Suwa, like Onishi, performed a new song, "Nanatsuiro," the fastest song in the universe. The song was up-tempo and catchy enough to be performed live, and the audience immediately began to call out "Hi, hi! The audience immediately started to call out "Hi, hi!

After that, the collaboration part started again. First, they collaborated to sing three of Suwa's songs with "●●itai" in the title. In the second song, "Swaying I want to", the two split to the left and right of the stage, waving their hands to the audience and clapping while swinging sideways during the chorus, creating a heartwarming atmosphere.
In the third song, "Otekimetai (I want to touch you)," Onishi sang the high notes comfortably without strain, while Suwa delivered the low notes with a deep and steady tone, showing their individual personalities. On the other hand, their voices were in perfect unison during the unison part toward the chorus of the last song. The audience was thrilled by the charm of this collaboration, which was more than just singing their own songs.
Next, the audience covered their own songs. Onishi covered "Chocolat Phrase," a song with a story behind it. Her voice, which was cute but also naturally beautiful with vibrato, filled the audience with an emotional atmosphere.
Suwa, on the other hand, covered "Love Me Do. The entire performance created a world view with choreography. After the performance, Suwa said during the MC, "It is a song with detailed hand gestures. Suwa said that he had a hard time with the song, saying, "In my own songs, there are almost no hand gestures. ....... Onishi, on the other hand, revealed a behind-the-scenes story: "The choreographer and I were surprised that I had memorized most of the choreography during rehearsals.
After the collaboration part, the live was coming to an end. This time, the two collaborated on Onishi's songs. First, they performed "Ready to fly" in a splendid symmetry. The wavelength of their voices and performance matched as if the song had originally been theirs, sublimating the song.
The following song, "NTMU Alien," was sung with fine hand gestures. Onishi moved flexibly, while Suwa moved sharply with her hands and feet in several places, each performer's performance ability shining through. The fact that the same steps and choreography could give different impressions to different performers was an interesting aspect of the collaboration.

The two of them encouraged the audience to call out with their arms raised in the air during "Fingertip Heart," which closed the main part of the concert. The two left the stage amidst the most exciting call and response of the day.
The encores kept coming, and the two appeared on stage in matching white live T-shirts and outfits. They closed the live with "Morning glow," a song inspired by the morning glow. After the live, the two greeted the audience politely from the top to the bottom of the stage. They ended their collaboration live by expressing their gratitude to all the people who came to the event.
By collaborating and covering each other's songs, they were able to discover and deliver the new appeal of each other's music. We look forward to seeing more possibilities created by their collaboration in the future.
