Neil, a 14-year-old member of Okinawa Actors School, will release his 2nd mini-album "STAIRS" in the midst of his changing voice and growth period!

Okinawa Actors School, which has sent out numerous stars such as MAX, SPEED, DA PUMP, and Daichi Miura, has restarted after 20 years, and its first artist is 14-year-old Neil, who made his major debut with the digital single "Someday" on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. About a year after his 1st Mini Album "HAPPY BOX" released last December, he will release his 2nd Mini Album "STAIRS" on Wednesday, November 19, in the midst of his period of transformation and growth.

The title "STAIRS," given by Neil himself, means "a stairway to grow from a child to an adult as a musician and a human being. The album contains six songs, including the previously released singles "First Love Story" and "Hanagatari" as well as four new songs, the first of which, "Koi Bug," was written and choreographed by Neil himself and arranged by DJ/producer TAAR to create a neo-CITY POP sound. The lead track, "Koi Bug," is available on Neil's official SNS page.

Also included are covers of two songs by older artists from Okinawa: "Kizuna" (2005), the theme song for the drama version of the hit movie by ORANGE RANGE, and "Ichiban ni Kiiroku" (2012), the theme song for the morning drama series broadcast in Okinawa by HY. Kizuna" is the theme song of a morning TV drama series set in Okinawa. Kizuna" has been reworked in a Lo-Fi/Chill R&B style with the participation of B.ROX, a girls' dance and vocal group from Okinawa Actors, who are also set to make their debut. Hideyuki Niizato of HY himself guests on "Ichiban ni ki ni kai" (Closest to Me), and together with Neil's ukulele, they create a warm and beautiful harmony. In this collaboration, Niizato says, "I have always dreamed of being able to teach someone, and 'Ichiban ni ki ni ki' is the song that made that dream come true. She says, "I have always dreamed of being someone who can teach others. They are scheduled to perform at "HY SKY Fes 2026 & Special Night," an outdoor music festival hosted by HY in March 2026, and we can't wait to see them perform together on stage.

The different expression of her voice in each song is a miracle that can only be preserved at this moment. Don't miss it!
