TUBE will release a video work "40th Summer" on January 7, 2026 (Wednesday), which will be the culmination of their 40th anniversary year.
This film is a compilation of "TUBE LIVE AROUND SPECIAL 2025.6.1 at Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell Hawaii," TUBE's first anniversary live concert in 20 years held in their "second hometown" Hawaii, and "TUBE LIVE AROUND SPECIAL 2025.6.1 at Tom Moffatt Waikiki Shell Hawaii," a live performance held on August 23, 2025 at Yokohama Stadium, their home ground, This is a must-have luxury 3-disc video product for fans that includes the "TUBE LIVE AROUND SPECIAL 2025 TUBE × 40SUMMERS" (held on August 23, 2025), a major annual event held at Yokohama Stadium, TUBE's home ground.
Disc 1 includes the Hawaii concert held on June 1, the anniversary of the band's debut, including the entire live performance, a documentary, and an interview.
In addition to many famous songs performed under the tropical sky, the stage also featured collaborations with local Hawaiian musicians and Kami Hirose, making it a true midsummer celebration.
Disc 2 contains the complete performance at Yokohama Stadium on August 23 with 34,000 people in attendance.
In addition to the standard TUBE songs such as "Season in the Sun," "Glass Memories," and "Ah Natsuyasumi," the band also performed "No Shark No Surf -Natsu Jigoku-" with St. Kammers II, "Romance in the Sun" with Kamie Hirose, "AHH SUMMER DAY" with Umeda Cypher and LITTLE from KICK THE CAN CREW. The band also proudly performed songs from their 40th anniversary collaboration album "TUBE x" such as "AHH SUMMER DAY" with St. Kammers II, "Romance in the Sun" with Kami Hirose, and "AHH SUMMER DAY" with Umeda Cypher and Little from KICK THE CAN CREW.
The highlight of the festival is the spectacular interplay of fireworks, fountains, and flames.
Disc 3 is based on the special program "Ah 40th Anniversary! Can't Wait for TUBE Summer so I'll Be Live" that was broadcast live on YouTube in April 2025, and includes bonus videos that follow the behind-the-scenes events of each of the 40th anniversary events announced there.
The film is full of valuable and entertaining images, many of which have never been shown in Japan before.
