
Champontown and Shimizu Kuzoku to Co-Host Two-Man Live at Shinsaibashi CONPASS
On Friday, April 26, 2024, Champontown and Shimizu Kuzoku will co-host a two-man live show at Shinsaibashi CONPASS. This will be the first time for the two groups to jointly host a two-man show.
Champontown is a solo project by musician Gorgos, who started his career in Osaka in 2018. Currently based in Tokyo with supporting members. It is characterized by fictional folklore that resonates with universal songs in a beat approach that uniquely interprets various types of music.
Shimizu Kozoku started their activities at the end of 2016. They produce and perform music that incorporates ambient, ethnic music, and nostalgic elements based on dynamic and careful sound design, rustic melodies, and folky nature.
As a bonus for those who pre-order, a special sticker of the event flyer, which was drawn by Shimizu Kusatsu, will be distributed (*Pre-orders from e+ are also eligible for distribution). The live performance will include new songs as well as their past great songs. Come and experience the world of Chanpontown and Shimizu Botsuji, where the countryside and the future intermingle.
