When I write a screenplay, I sometimes choose a theme song on my own to help me switch gears and concentrate. In the midst of all this, I was captivated by "Birthday Eve" by Matsuda Imayo, which I stumbled upon on the Internet.
This song, with its coexistence of pop and sadness, fit perfectly with what we had in mind.
We couldn't be happier to actually be able to use it as the ending theme.
Since I was listening to the songs all the time while writing, I think they have become much more ingrained in the work.

In a certain shopping street, there is a clothing store "Koshikawa" which is always having a closing sale, and a general store "Les Coquetry" which stands across the street and has a strange selection of goods.
