KOBUKURO, currently holding "KOBUKURO 25TH ANNIVERSARY TOUR 2024 "QUARTER CENTURY"" to celebrate their 25th anniversary, performed at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama on Sunday, October 20, 2012. The live was held at Pia Arena MM in Yokohama on October 20 (Sun.).

This tour started on August 10 (Sat) at the Yamasaki Art Theatre Grand Theatre.

The album is composed of a full range of songs from their 11th original album "QUARTER CENTURY," their first release in three years, as well as songs befitting the 25th anniversary milestone.

This was the second day of the two-day Yokohama concert. The two members of Kobukuro, the band members, and the 7,351 people who filled the venue seemed to be in high spirits from the opening of the show. The MC's corner was full of topics such as Yuzu, since the venue was Yokohama, and the birthday of the stylist who has been in charge of Kobukuro's costumes for many years. Obuchi's commentary on the song "The first time I've ever heard a song that I really liked," was met with a resounding "I'm so happy!Mr. Obuchi, I was just wondering (laughs).and Kuroda expanded on the story from their own unique perspectives, and other usual, yet knee-jerk, storytelling developments drew laughter.

The main stage was, of course, the main stage, but Kobukuro also fully utilized the long flower aisles extending from each end of the main stage to deliver their songs. Whether at the huge arena or on the streets, where the duo originated, the performance showed that the distance between them and the people who listen to their music is the same.

In response to calls for an encore, Kobukuro appeared on stage again and began to sing "Rut -Wadachi-" alone with the two of them, but then, midway through the song, Sukima Switch made a surprise appearance, to the surprise of the audience. This year, Kobukuro had performed at the "Sukima Fest" festival held in their hometown of Aichi Prefecture, but this time, Sukima Switch came to the stage to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Kobukuro.

In the first half of the live show, "Yuzu is the name of Yokohama. They're going to have a live concert here soon, and today I'm going to paint Yokohama in Kobukuro's colors (laughs).Kuroda, who had been breathing hard, said that the appearance of Sukima Switch was "a great opportunity for us to get to know each other. They came to help me paint the colors on the power map (laughter). He looked happy. However, during the first half of the talk, Kuroda also said, "This year, Nagoya got it for the Sukima Switch festival.Ohashi apparently heard him backstage saying, "I didn't give you Nagoya (laughs). The first time I saw him, he was asked if he was a good person.

The talk was then divided into two friendly teams, Kuroda & Ohashi and Obuchi & Tsuneda, with Tsuneda saying, "I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do this, but I'm going to do it.But Obuchi-kun's e-mails are always in honorific form (laughs).Kuroda and Ohashi got on the bandwagon, talking as only a duo can, and said, "I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do it.It's hard to get "Yokohama people" to come, but it would be interesting to get these three groups together!Kuroda said, "Kobukuro performs in Yokohama. Kuroda suggested a catchphrase for the news: "Kobukuro, the duo from 'Nagoya' rushed to perform in 'Yokohama. Kuroda even came up with the subtitle, "Duo from Kansai and Tokai, here to win Kanto! Ohashi replied, "We're the duo from Kansai and Tokai, and we're here to win Kanto! It's amazing, 25 years later, they're still trying to catch it. I've already caught it. Why are you so pissed off?The audience laughed hysterically.

After the MC, which conveyed the congenial mood of the four members, who are also close friends in their private lives, they all performed "Zenryoku Shonen" by Sukima Switch as the second encore song. The second encore song was "Zenryoku Shonen" by Sukima Switch, which they all sang together. The two members of Kobukuro sang beside Tsuneda on the keyboard, and Obuchi, Kuroda, and Ohashi sang together on the flower avenue.
