Report on "Machico Live 2024 -Cheer Up!

Machico Live 2024 -Cheer Up!" was held at Toyosu PIT in Tokyo on Saturday, November 30, 2024.
This was her first solo live performance in six months since her triumphant return to her hometown, Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, in May this year. This time, as the title "Cheer Up!" suggests, she created the set list with the intention of "cheering everyone up.

Dressed in a sporty outfit of green and yellow, the same color as the live logo, Machico dutifully appeared on stage and was greeted with claps from the audience, starting with "Eikyuu Sangyo Sengen (Declaration of Eternal Friendship)," for which a preparatory video had been posted a few days before! He continued with "Let's hear lots of claps! and then performed "Happy Magic" to the audience.
After a short MC, he asked, "Are you ready to get yujoten, everyone~!" and dropped a new song "Utopia" with a towel in his hand. They continued with an upper song, "Sonosaki he" (To Sonosaki).

Machico was impressed by the taste of a popular spaghetti chain "Pancho's Spaghetti (a.k.a. Pancho's)" backstage at the event for the release of "Growing Up" in April, and after that, he started supporting Pancho's on his own (laugh), mentioning its name every now and then. She then asked the "great man" of Pancho, Pancho the Great, directly for his support, and the collaboration was realized.

Machico appeared on stage to the warm cheers of the audience!　In a live T-shirt arrangement outfit, Machico sang "My favorite snowball," which is perfect for the cold season, in high spirits. They also performed "Tabinoshirube" for the first time, which was released in June. They ran as fast as they could for the encore and sang "Million Smile" with the biggest smiles on their faces.
After taking a commemorative photo with the band members, with the audience in the background, the band made the happy announcement that they will be holding their first Asian tour in 2025!　They are planning to hold the tour in Shanghai, Seoul, and Hong Kong, so be sure to check it out.

The stage had been running through the audience, and it was time to end the show. Machico threw a message ball into the audience and shot a video to the audience with his phone. and closed the live with his customary "Sarabada!
