Luov is a Tokyo-based three-piece band consisting of Haldona (Vo. & Gt.), Takakuzo (Trackmaker), and Natsumi (Dr.), which started in February 2025. The band features the clear and pleasant voice of HALDONA, who is also a member of the acoustic session unit "Plasonika," and the inspiring lyrics delicately spun to accompany the music, as well as the music project "MAISONdes. The name "Luov" is derived from the word "Luova", which means "creative" or "free thinking" in Finnish, as well as from its good sense of the word, and the fact that both the creator and the listener feel and interpret it differently. The name "Luov" is a combination of the word "Luova" (creative) and the Finnish word "Luova" (free), which means "creative" or "free thinking.

Their debut song "Invisible Chabon" was released today, March 28, 2025 (Friday). The decision to release the song was made after the lyric video, which was released earlier, was well received. Soap bubbles just go straight up into the sky, even though they burst in the end. This image overlaps with those who continue to try hard without losing, even though they have really worked hard enough and are exhausted. When someone you love is in pain, what can you do if you are unable to understand 100%? The lyrics of this song are based on such self-questioning, and the song is a cheerful number that wipes away depressing emotions with a sparkling sound like a soap bubble popping.

The first EP "LUOV" will be released on April 1, 2025 (Tuesday)! It contains various variations of songs such as rock tunes, club sound songs, and ballads, and it is a work that shows various aspects of Luov. It contains 5 songs in total. A trailer video was also released today!
