Based in Osaka, Hanafusa Mayu is a singer-songwriter who is gaining more and more presence and attention through numerous tie-ups with TV stations in the Kansai region, local government projects, and corporate tie-ups such as being an ambassador for the popular Osaka souvenir "Tako Patiye" (octopus cake). Mayu Hanafusa is a singer-songwriter with a growing presence and profile. She has been actively performing not only in the Kansai region, but also in the Kanto and Tokai regions since the Corona disaster. Last fall in October, she released her long-awaited 4th ALBUM "Colors," and immediately after the release, she started a two-part tour: a "Tou-Mei-Han Release Tour" and a "2-Man Live Tour. The tour included Fukuoka and Shimane performances for the first time, and after a long span of two tours, a triumphant solo performance was finally held on April 25 (Fri.) at Namba Hatch in Osaka, their hometown, as the tour final event.

A little after the scheduled time, Mayu Hanafusa and her band members appeared on stage as the sound effects played in the hall. Immediately after that, a beautiful and soft piano melody flowed and the live started with "Eryngeum", the lead track of the 4th ALBUM "Colors". Then, "Colors Canvas" and "October" were performed without a pause, in the order of the songs on the CD. After the three songs, the first MC of the day came on stage, and with a big smile on his face, he said, "Hey everyone, how are you doing? How are you? and greeted the audience with a big smile on his face. The audience rose to their feet in response to the tension, and as the voltage soared, they performed an up-tempo song, "Merry-Go-Round," which was followed by "Toriko," which was performed in this block. In this block, they entertained the audience with a skillful stage performance of "Toriko," "Who am I," "Hakoniwa," and "Melancholy," mixing old and new songs. Hats off to Mayu Hanafusa for her expressive ability to fit each song with different expressions.

After that, the band left the stage and Mayu Hanafusa started her solo performance. This storytelling corner was the highlight of the show. She performed three songs on acoustic guitar: "Let's Talk," "Aitai," and "Shooshiri." When she performed each song, each MC had a strong story and message that grabbed the audience's attention and led them into the world of the song. It was as if we were watching a live reading of a play.

After the story-telling corner, the band was called in again to start the second half of the live performance. The up-tempo and high-tension songs "Takopatier no uta" and "Primula" had the audience on their feet, a complete turnaround from the previous solo performance. The audience was in total unison as they all raised their towels high in the air and waved them around during "Be Free.

The band has performed 14 songs so far, and the live is now entering the last half of the concert. Here, they performed "Haru to Kadodate (Spring and Starting Out)," "Kangan no Tegami (Letter of Gratitude)," and "Asterism," all of which were enhanced by the sound of the violin. Mayu Hanafusa's clear voice and the individual words of the lyrics, along with the sound of the violin, were straight into the hearts of the audience. The last song of the show, "Hoshi ga Furu Dekitemo De (Every Time a Star Falls)," brought the audience together in a chorus, waving their hands from side to side.

The venue was still full of enthusiasm, and inevitably, calls for an encore echoed through the air. When they appeared again with their band members, they expressed their heartfelt thanks and performed two songs, "Darling I love you" and "Toward the glory. On stage, "Thank you so much for today! The band's full body was filled with emotion as they shouted with joy and raised their guitars, expressing their satisfaction, relief, and gratitude to the many fans who had supported them. The performance was colorful and vivid, and the words "color" in the title of the tour were appropriate for the performance. Their beautiful and colorful songs, including both old and new ones, and their performance ability convinced us of their high potential as singer-songwriters, and we cannot help but expect even greater things from them in the future!
