Two-time Grammy Award winner Sabrina Carpenter's latest album, "Man's Best Friend," will be released on CD in Japan on Friday, October 31. The domestic CD will include lyrics and bilingual translation.

Man's Best Friend," which was released on import and digital formats on Friday, August 29, debuted at No. 1 on the latest U.S. album chart (Billboard 200), dated September 13. This was the highest first-place finish for a female artist in 2025 in terms of initial units, album sales, and first-week streaming, making it her second consecutive album to top the U.S. album chart, following her previous album, "Short and Sweet," which was released in 2024. It was also the second consecutive album to reach the top spot on the U.S. album charts. Globally, "Man's Best Friend" also debuted at No. 1 on the charts in the United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.

For "Man's Best Friend," Sabrina co-wrote songs with longtime collaborators Amy Allen, Jack Antonoff, and John Ryan, and co-produced with Jack and John. The album, which is fully sprinkled with Sabrina's signature witty lyrics, combines addictive pop melodies with clever and bold songwriting, bringing a sense of discovery of new secrets to every song. The album, which contains 12 tracks, also includes the lead single "Manchild". With this song, Sabrina reached #1 on the U.S. Singles Chart (HOT100), her second single to do so since "Please Please Please" from last year's "Short and Sweet" release.
